(a) On or about April 10, 2014 at worksite 7931 E 24th St, Joplin, Missouri.- employees who operate the forklift in the storage warehouse were exposed to a struck by hazard due to storage of material on a mezzanine which had not been tested to determine floor load capacity, and or, the floor load was not posted. Abatement certification is required for this item.
