29 CFR 1926.302(a)(1): The noncurrent-carrying metal parts of electrical power operated hand tool(s) were not grounded, or of the approved double insulated type:   (a) On or about April 10, 2014 the inspection revealed that the Skilsaw HD77, serial number HF-537126 did not have a grounding pin. The skill saw was located in building #300 at 6801 NE Cornfoot Road, Portland, Oregon.  (b) On or about April 10, 2014 the inspection revealed that the Milwaukee magnum electric screwdriver did not have a grounding pin. The screwdriver was located in building #300 at 6801 NE Cornfoot Road in Portland, Oregon.
