29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a.    On or about April 11, 2014, employees installing framing were exposed to 16 to 22 feet fall hazards from the trusses in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.  b.    On or about April 11, 2014, at the top of the stairs on the second floor, employees installing framing were exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard from the unprotected edge of the floor.
