In the alternative  29CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(1): Contaminated sharps were not discarded immediately or as soon as practicable in containers that meet the requirements of (I) through (iv).  On or about 4/14/14, to the extent that there were sharps containers in any of the operatories, employees did not use them and instead carried contaminated sharps on trays to the sterilization rooms.
