29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: Hangar Door in Work Room: The designated exit door within the south facing hangar door was damaged and would not adequately operate during an emergency like a fire. The U.S. Air Force 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 189976, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535. The U.S. Air Force 60th Aerial Port Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191732, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535.
