29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vii): Switchboards, panel boards, and distribution boards installed for the control of light and power circuits, and motor control centers were not located in dedicated spaces and protected from damage: a) 451 Main Street, East Hartford, CT. Fork lift and electric pallet jack charging area - On or about 4-15-14 - The 480 volt/120 volt to 208 volt distribution panel boards were not protected from fork lift damage exposing employees to severe electrical burns.
