29 CFR 1910.219(a)(3): The sides and face sections nip points of the drive belt(s) and pulley(s) of textile machinery were not guarded by a guard which extended at least six inches beyond the rim of the pulley on the in-running and off-running sides of the belt and at least two inches away from the rim and face of the pulley in all other directions:  a) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Juki LH 1152-4 model #H01118 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.  b) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Juki LH 1152-5 model #H01771 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.  c) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Juki LH 1152-5 model #K01273 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.  d) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Juki DDL 555-5 model #D96404 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.  e) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Juki DLN 415-5 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.  f) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Singer 211W151 model #WL789655 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.  g) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Singer 212G140 model #PE47761 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.  h) Refrigiwear, Inc., Dahlonega, GA - In the prep area, the ingoing nip point on the top section of the drive belt and pulley of the Consew model #745R30 was not guarded, on or about 4/15/14.
