OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to which employees were exposed to cuts and laceration hazards.    (a) Location - 32 Ringe Avenue, Lexington, MA: On or about 4/14/2014, the employer failed to ensure proper chain saw operating procedures while an employee was cutting tree limbs. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to correct this hazard is to train workers to keep both hands on the chain saw in accordance with ANSI Z133.1-2006 and the Stihl manufacturer's instruction manual.
