On or about April 17, 2014, on the roof, the employer did not ensure employees using pneumatic nail guns were protected by the use of protective eyewear.  The employees were actively using pneumatic nail guns on the day of this inspection while installing plywood roof decking on the house.  This condition exposed the employees to serious eye injuries.

This condition exposed the employee to the hazard of stumbling and falling from the stepladder during mounting and dismounting.
