29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: At the job site 411 S. 4th Street, Manhattan, Kansas. AB Construction employees and other sub contractors being supervised by AB Construction were involved in residential wood framing and floor joists construction without a fall protection system in place. Workers were being exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet and 28 feet to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At the job site 411 S. 4th Street, Manhattan, Kansas. AB Construction employees and other sub contractors being supervised by AB Construction were not trained effectively to recognize the fall hazards and to implement fall protection systems to prevent falls. Workers were being exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet and 28 feet to the ground.
