29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Good Wood, LLP at 1511 S. Milwaukee St, Denver, CO 80209: On April 15, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was standing on an exterior wall top plate of a two-story residential home without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 20 feet. (b) Good Wood, LLP at 1511 S. Milwaukee St, Denver, CO 80209: On April 15, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was standing on an interior wall top plate of a two-story residential home without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet.
