OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees    B N S Recycling, 14765 Peggy Hopkins, El Paso, TX: On or about April 16, 2014, employer did not ensure that all skid steer operators were trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards. This condition exposed employees to Struck-by and caught-between hazards.    One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to comply with Case skid steer 420 series operator's manual #Bur 6-85410NA safety section.
