29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) In the facility, on or about May 29, 2014 - The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program for employees exposed to continuous noise at 136.6%, 88.2%, and 81.2% of the allowable 8-hour time-weighted average sound level (90 dBA). The equivalent dBA level for the exposures was 92.2, 89.1, and 88.5 dBA respectively.
