29 CFR 1910.36(b)(2): More than two exit routes were not available in the workplace where the number of employees, the size of the building, its occupancy, or the arrangement of the workplace was such that all employees would not be able to evacuate safely during an emergency:  a) Warehouse - On or about 04/17/14 and at times prior thereto the 49,851 sq. ft. core storage area had a single free emergency exit door.  A second door was blocked by merchandise boxes and was not included in the emergency evacuation plan.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
