29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: a) At Lot 111 Red Maple St Phenix City, Alabama: On or about April 16, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use a skill site to cut lumber on site and the guard for the skill saw had a wood wedge in it to hold the guard up exposing his employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) At Lot 111 Red Maple St Phenix City, Alabama: On or about April 16, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the top of framed walls without any type of fall protection in place exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10.2 feet to the ground below.
