29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a) At West Side of Building 1510 3rd Ave Phenix City, Alabama: On or about April 16, 2014 and at times prior; the controlling failed to conduct a proper inspection of scaffolding used on site and allowed a subcontractors employee to work from a two buck high scaffold that had a working platform that was not fully decked exposing employees to fall hazards and trip hazards.
