On 4/15/2014, two employees from Artisun Solar, LLC were working on the roof of the Sun River Village Pool House located at the intersection of Broadridge Lane and Sequoia Drive, St Peters MO.  The two employees were utilizing the aerial lift to hoist materials and access the roof.   The employees were not wearing body belts with lanyards attached to the boom or basket while in the aerial lift.
