29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition: In the following instances, power tools were not maintained in a safe condition: a) Northeast Corner of Job Site - The employee-owned Campbell-Hausfeld 125 PSI portable air compressor, model #HM750099AV, did not have strain relief for its three wire cord. b) Northeast Corner of Job Site - The employee-owned double insulated 7 1/4" Milwaukee circular saw, serial #983C806231059, had a broken plug that was taped up with electrical tape.
