29 CFR 1926.850(d): Electrical power, water or other utility lines required to remain available during demolition were not temporarily relocated and protected, as necessary. a) Haldeman Ford, Worksite - on or about April 14, 2014, conduits, control devices, outlets, and panels, energized to 240 volts AC, were not relocated and protected, but were pulled away from their designated location and attached by wire to tubular welded frame scaffolding which allowed for employee access to the installed 110 volt AC outlets, exposing employee to injury from potentially damaged electrical circuits.
