29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) On or about 04/11/14, at the "Gardens at Town Center Senior Apartments", located on 3027 3057 Latta Road, in Greece, New York, employees were exposed to a sharp jagged edge of a frame support, at the entrance to the first floor of Phase III building. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
