29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    Jobsite:  The employees, who were working on the high pitched roof (8 in 12) were not protected from falling 16 feet 1 inch and 18 feet 2 inches to the porch and ground, respectively, by the use of guardrails, safety nets and/or personal fall arrest systems.      Aiello Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 914775, citation number 1, item number1and was affirmed as a final order on 08/08/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 28 North Street Danbury, Connecticut.      Aiello Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 549418, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 8/24/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 162 Whisconeer Road Brookfield Connecticut.
