Employees are not provided appropriate electrical protectors, such as but not limited to electrical rated gloves and face shields when performing live electrical work. Where employees are required (on a limited basis) to perform live electrical testing and/or trouble-shooting on machinery/ equipment, protectors including but not limited to approved electrical gloves (ANSI rated 00 or 01 - minimum 500 volts) were not provided for each electrical worker. Employee performs electrical maintenance/testing using a "Multi-Meter." Electrical equipment rated 460 volt 3 phase: including but not limited to motors, pumps, mixers/chillers and boiler Observed on/or about 04/22/2014.
