OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while working on foot in live traffic:  (a)  On or about April 21, 2014, the employer did not protect its employees from struck-by hazards while a worker was locating section corner and bench marks at various points on East Arapahoe Road between Potomac and Chambers Road in Centennial, Colorado in that:     1)  the employee was not in a temporary traffic control area.     2)  the high-visibility vest worn by the employee was inadequate for alerting drivers of his presence in the road.      3)  the employee working on foot in live traffic was not trained to recognize and mitigate the hazards motor vehicle traffic.
