29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction Site: On or about April 22, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately twenty feet to the ground below while setting trusses walking the top outer plate on a new commercial building. b) Construction Site: On or about April 22, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately eight feet to the interior floor while walking the top framework of the interior wall to set trusses.
