29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On 4/21/14, employees reroofing a two story steep pitch house were not protected from falls from:  a) One employee on the 12:12 pitch section of the roof was working from roof jacks and was not connected to a lifeline.  b) One employee on the 4:12 pitch garage roof had no fall protection of any kind.  c) Two skylights on the single story section of the roof were not covered to prevent workers from falling through.
