29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:    a.  On or about April 9, 2014 -Debone area at the Pilgrim's Pride Corporation site, located at 2045 Highway 244, Russellville, AL, the employer did not administer an effective hearing conservation program that included elements such as, but not limited to implementing an exposure monitoring program and providing audiometric testing.    Debone (Line 10) - an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 93.1% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 89.3 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 480 minutes during one shift on 9/4/14.     Debone (Line 3) - an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 78.7% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 88.3 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 475 minutes during one shift on 9/4/14.   Zero was assumed for the unsampled time of 5 minutes.    Debone (Salvage) - an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 74.5% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 87.9 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 475 minutes during one shift on 9/4/14.   Zero was assumed for the unsampled time of 5 minutes.    Debone (Line 7-Tenders) - an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 82.1% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 88.6 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 480 minutes during one shift on 9/4/14.       Debone (Line 7- Breast Table) - an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 97.0% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 89.8 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 477 minutes during one shift on 9/4/14.   Zero was assumed for the unsampled time of 3 minutes.    Debone (Line 6) - an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 81.5% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 88.5 dBA.  The sampling was performed for 463 minutes during one shift on 9/4/14.   Zero was assumed for the unsampled time of 17 minutes.
