29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    On or about April 22, 2014, and at times thereto, employer failed to maintain a clear area in front of the electrical panel located next to an exit door, in the air conditioner section. this condition exposed the employees to an electrical and fire hazard.

This condition exposed the employees to electrical hazards.

This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.
