29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) On or about 4/23/2014, Beltline Electric CO employees while working at the Battalion Headquarters 101HHB project on Ft Campbell, KY were exposed to hazardous materials (skin and eye irritants) and did not the written hazard communication program available on site.  Without proper information on hazardous materials employees could mis-handle hazardous materials and expose themselves to bodily injury, allergic reactions, and various irritations both internal and external.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
