O & G INDUSTRIES was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard {29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii)}, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313738833, citation number 01, item number 002c and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 305 Sherman Avenue, Hamden, CT 06518.
