29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  1) Fire Station, 420 Jenkins Road, Tyrone, GA - Employees were working on a low-slope roof (4 in 12 pitch) approximately 24 feet high without fall protection, connected to an anchor point while installing roof trusses.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.  2) Fire Station, 420 Jenkins Road, Tyrone, GA - An employee was on the roofing without fall protection approximately 20 feet high staging material, exposing himself to a fall hazard.
