29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.     At a jobsite in Sycamore, Illinois, the employer did not provide a competent person for its employees that were exposed to fall during residential roofing operations.    Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    At a jobsite in Sycamore, Illinois, employees working on a steep sloped residential roof approximately 18 feet above grade were not using fall protection.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
