29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)Elrick Construction, Inc. at Lot 5 Trailside Rd., Fort Morgan, CO 80701:  On April 23, 2014 the employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in sheathing operations on the roof of a wood frame residential construction without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard in excess of 6 feet.
