29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained.   a) 900 Mountain Home Road, Sinking Spring, PA - Employees working with hazardous chemicals, such as Maxi White and oxides, were not provided with personal protective equipment such as impermeable or chemical resistant protective gloves and were exposed to skin irritants, on or about April 22, 2014.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
