29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph:    a) Wooden Staircase (Along the Stair Stringer on the Right Hand Side the Step Just Before the Second Floor Landing) - employees are exposed to potential electric shock from the exposed energized conductors of a severed 220-volt single phase electric cable protruding close to the walking space.  On or about April 18, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) 2 Del Monte Place, Wilmington, DE 19809 - Employees working on sloped roofs up to approximately 25 feet above grade were not protected from fall hazards through the use of any means of fall protection system.  On or about April 18, 2014.    Delaware Home Remodeling & Building, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this same occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 930747, citation number 1, item number 3a, and was affirmed as a final order on April 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2204 Millers Road, Wilmington, DE.

Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
