29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 1287 Route 130, North Brunswick, NJ: Employee was observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 9'4" to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing him to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about April 24, 2014.
