29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width was not uniform throughout the flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: The top step of the exterior stairs located on the east dock that provides access to the office had deteriorated. The tread width of the top concrete step had deteriorated and crumbled diminishing the available tread to approximately 45% of its original dimensions creating a fall hazard for employees.
