29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998] a. On or about April 24, 2014, in the pool chemical storage room and the janitor closet, employees required to work with hydrogen chloride solution and sodium hypochlorite, were not provided with suitable facilities for flushing of the eyes.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): "Training." Employee training shall include at least: a. On or about April 24, 2014, in the facility, inadequate training was provided to the employee that used sodium hypochlorite solution for his janitorial tasks. The training did not include the required sections of this paragraph: (h)(3)(i) methods and observation to detect the chemicals, (h)(3)(ii) physical, health and hazards not otherwise classified and (h)(3)(iv) details of the labeling system.
