An extrapolated full shift noise level at the edger is approximately 94.6% of the allowable 8-hour time weighted sound level of 90 decibels (dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 94.6% is approximately 89.6 dBA, and is representative of this employee's 8-hour time -weighted average.  The employer did not establish the employee's baseline audiogram, on or about June 25, 2014.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
