29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were working on energized circuits and that qualified persons were familiar with the proper use of special precautionary techniques, personal protective equipment, insulating and shielding materials, and insulated tools; a) On or about 04/25/14 in the Press Area; employer exposed employees to contact with electrical current ( 120 volts AC ) when they allowed access to the control circuits of Press # 26. Unqualified employees would access the electrical panel of Press #26 and using two strips of metal reset control circuits 7 and 8 while energized. Abatement Certification Required
