29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A.) Bridges and Towers, Inc. - On or about 4/24/14, the company had not conducted a periodic inspection of the lockout/tagout procedures with all authorized employees. Employees work on equipment including, but not limited to, CNC punch, angle shear, and cranes.
