29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet are exposed to electrical hazards: On or about April 25, 2014 and prior to that time located at various interior and exterior residential home structure(s) where demolition or reconstruction operations were ongoing the employer did not ensure protective foot wear was being utilized by employee(s) who were observed working or worked in areas where construction debris/nails exposed employees wearing tennis shoes without effective protection to the hazards of objects piercing the sole of the shoe.
