OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment in a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees entering a compromised structure:   31 Bun Russell Circle, Indian Stream Township - The employer did not take steps to protect employees from working in and around a structurally compromised garage.  On or about April 4, 2014, an employee attempting to shore up a partially collapsed wall sustained back injuries when the garage roof and wall collapsed on top of him.
