Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) 1605 Four Mile Drive, Williamsport, PA; Employees were replacing gutter drip edge 22 feet above the ground without the use of fall protection or a safety monitor system, on or about 04/28/2014.
