29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about April 29,2014 and times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at or near Denny's Restaurant, 310 S. Shakleford Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas, employees performed roofing construction without adequate fall protection. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of falls from an elevation greater than eight feet.
