On or about May 7, 2014, Print Shop: The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to inform employees of the chemical hazards to which they were exposed. Employees are exposed to press wash which includes aliphatic petroleum distillate, solvent naphtha, 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene, xylene and cumine; and waterbased acrylic coatings which include ammonium hydoxide (aqueous 28%).

On or about May 6, 2014, Print Shop: The employer had not conducted training for employees on the new safety data sheet format and pictograms prior to December 1, 2013. Employees are exposed to press wash which includes aliphatic petroleum distillate, solvent naphtha, 1,2,3-trimethylbenzene, xylene and cumine; and waterbased acrylic coatings which include ammonium hydroxide (aqueous 28%).
