29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:      a)  Baylor Room, on or about 4/29/14: Floor area where the gaylord box sat for the funnel glass was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Wipe sample results showed 160.6 micrograms per square foot of lead present.    b)  Work Area, on or about 4/29/14: Main conveyor belt where funnel glass came up to and was then dumped into gaylord box was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Wipe sample results showed 249.7 micrograms per square foot of lead present.      c) Lunch Room, on or about 4/29/14: Cafeteria Table was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Wipe sample results showed 20.61 micrograms per square foot of lead present.

Wipe sample results showed 15.39 micrograms per square foot of cadmium present.      c) Lunch Room, on or about 4/29/14: Cafeteria Table was not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium. Wipe sample results showed 1.299 micrograms per square foot of cadmium present.
