29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: On or about April 30, 2014, at the above addressed worksite, floor was not keep free of protruding pieces of metal, exposing employees to a fall hazard, as follows: a. In front of a battery storage rack, two metal rebars with an inch diameter and a pipe with a 2-1/2 inch diameter were protruding 1/2-inch above floor level. b. Across a battery storage rack, a pipe with a 16-inch diameter was protruding 1.5-inch above floor level.
