(b) Southeast, MLM shop, lathe #7 overhead lighting fixture: on April 30, 2014, lighted linear fluorescent tube light bulbs were not guarded against accidental damage and contact where located below 8 ft. above the adjacent floor. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
