Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Jobsite - On or about April 23, 2014, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while replacing shingles on a residential roof and not using fall protection.
