29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On or about 04/24/14 - 1101 10th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35205, the work area and passageway at the south end of the third floor was not kept clear of loose cords, exposing employees to tripping hazards.
